We initially purchased Respect Effect to meet the California requirement for mandatory sex harassment training to all supervisors and managers who have direct reports in the state.  We chose Respect Effect because it focused not only on sex harassment but also other forms of harassment of protected classes.  More importantly, we appreciated that while Respect Effect gives the legal background on harassment laws, its true focus is on creating a culture of respect. 

We rolled the training out to the executive team first then followed by all the managers and supervisors throughout the company who supervise employees in California .  One of the great aspects of Respect Effect is the ability to incorporate our company's policies in conjunction with 'real' entertaining examples to foster great discussion.  Our managers really appreciated the training as straight forward with a common sense approach.

I strongly feel that Respect Effect is the best classroom training program I have experienced for this topic.  The material is well developed and is very easy to use.  In fact, we are working on a plan to roll Respect Effect training out to the rest of the managers in the company.
